CAC is an independent department within Royal Scientific Society (RSS), established to support manufacturers in meeting international standards and market regulations for their products, and to help them in improving their competitiveness .

CAC is a certification body that provides third party certification services for manufactured goods produced by companies according to national, regional and international standards. CAC takes full of all conformity assessment procedures that give assurance that a product, process or service conforms to specified requirements (safety, health and the environment) and to supporting the national industry in improving its quality and competitiveness through provision of competent conformity assessment activities such as inspection and certification based on the principles of Equality, Impartiality, Confidentiality and transparency, third party certification provides the greatest value.
