The main objective of this project is to create an automated system that collects data from the data acquisition weather stations , sends it to the servers at National Center for Agricultural Researches and Technology Transfer , then imports that data into a database making it available to be analyzed. This system then provides online functionality and an up to-date source of information related to the data collected for all concerned stakeholders inside and outside NCARTT . The system also provides up-to-date statistical information to researchers and decision makers.
