Since established in the early eighties, ESTC has identified the lack of balance between the growing number of sophisticated medical equipment in Jordan and the limited number of qualified personnel capable of carrying out proper maintenance of such often-expensive equipment.
To achieve proficiency in servicing medical equipment, ESTC has continuously upgraded the capabilities of its staff through distinctive training, provided its laboratories with up-to-date equipment and committed itself to the highest quality of services and activities.
Consequently, ESTC has developed a pool of specialized staff that currently renders multi-disciplinary technical services and consultations to the Ministry of Health within the scope of a contract that covers 23 hospitals and more than 500 health centers. These services include corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, safety-testing and pre-purchase evaluation of medical equipment. |
