The Testing and Quality Control Division (T&QC) verifies the compliance of electrical appliances and products to national and international standards. |

| T & QC provides the following technical services: | |

Testing of electrical appliances and products. |
|
Studying and upgrading the Jordanian standards for electrical products in co-operation with JISM. |
|
Technical consultations for the private and public sectors in Jordan. |
|
Upgrading the quality of locally manufactured electrical products. |
|
The T&QC Laboratory is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) and by JISM according to ISO / IEC 17025. It is also accredited by both the Saudi Arabia Standards Organization (SASO) and the Kuwaiti public Authority for Industry. The Division is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. |
