Quality Assurance Department (QAD) was established in
1996 to foster and monitor the development of quality
system at RSS centers and departments.

Mission:
- Enhancement of Quality Management System (QMS)
to organize and facilitate work between RSS
Centers/Departments.
- Ensuring effective and efficient services
delivered to RSS customers and stakeholders.

Goals:
- To be the essential source of data required for
developing the RSS management system.
- To support RSS labs in being a unique provider
of accredited testing services.
- Upgrade the technical and managerial
competencies of the employees through the annual
training plans.
