RSS management is committed to inform its staff of its
quality policy and quality system. It is the
responsibility of the staff, however, to familiarize
themselves and comply with the policies and procedures
of the quality system adopted, which is contained in a
Primary Quality Manual for the whole of RSS and a set of
secondary quality manuals concerning each
center/department
